Harpal Kalsi is a dedicated and results-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in both B2C and B2B environments. He has had the privilege of guiding six brands across diverse industries—including hospitality, home services, retail, and education. Through his roles as Brand Leader, Vice President of Franchising, and Vice President of Operations, Harpal has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the franchising landscape.
